My experience covers new-build homes, resales, auctions and investment property, supported by a background in property contracting, renovation and rental management. This means I look beyond simply listing a property: I understand presentation, condition, buyer appeal and the practical details that can affect a sale or investment decision. I bring a direct, proactive and personal approach to every client.
